1. Overview
Welcome to Luxury Middle East Vacations, a bespoke travel design brand under
Five Star Caribbean Travel, Inc., based in Texas, USA. By engaging our services,
you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern all
transactions, communications, and experiences arranged through our agency.
2. Client Agreement
When you retain our services, you agree to provide accurate personal information
and travel preferences. You authorize us to act as your travel designer and liaison
with hotels, resorts, transportation companies, and service partners to facilitate
your customized itinerary.
3. Professional Retainer Policy
To commence the design of your luxury Middle East experience, a non-refundable
planning retainer is required to engage our elite travel design team.
Retainers begin at $1,000 for bespoke wellness experiences and may extend to
$1,500 for complex, multi-country, or executive-level itineraries requiring
advanced logistics and private access arrangements.
This retainer provides direct access to our vetted network of premier resorts,
private wellness sanctuaries, and elite service partners across Dubai, Abu Dhabi,
Oman, and beyond. It reflects the professional time, research, and concierge
coordination devoted to creating an experience designed exclusively for you.
The planning retainer is independent of and not applied toward your total travel
investment.
4. Payments and Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in
your proposal. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your
reservation and forfeiture of your retainer.
Final travel investments are due prior to departure. Payment methods and
deadlines will be clearly stated in your client agreement or invoice.
5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to
the policies of each individual supplier (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation
providers).
Luxury Middle East Vacations is not responsible for any supplier’s refusal to issue
refunds. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to assist you in securing
applicable credits or adjustments where possible.
The planning retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
6. Travel Documents and Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas,
health documentation, and any other entry requirements relevant to the
destination. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or travel interruption,
for which we hold no liability.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Luxury Middle East Vacations acts solely as a design consultant and booking
intermediary for independent suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control the
accommodations, transportation, or other services used in your itinerary.
We assume no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising
from acts of negligence or default by any supplier, or for events beyond our
control such as weather, political unrest, or travel restrictions.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
epidemics, political instability, or government actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any legal proceedings shall be brought
exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
10. Amendments
Luxury Middle East Vacations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms &
Conditions without prior notice. The most current version will always be available
upon request or on our official website.
